There's very little I do the same way now that I did in these old videos. Every item I've made over the years was an opportunity to learn something from the leather and I have been an eager student. New methods of hand working the leather, better ways of measuring, making more accurate cuts, getting a nicer burnish and bevel on edges, even learning new sharpening techniques to get the best possible edge on my knives and tools.
